The Knott Lab is searching for a computational biologist that is interested in applying single cell profiling technologies to understand breast cancer progression. The chosen candidate will work alongside oncologists and bench scientists to extract, from novel single cell datasets, the cellular interactions within the tumor that protect cancer cells from current and experimental therapies. In addition, the selected applicant will be a key contributor to the design and data analysis of follow-up functional studies that employ our novel CRISPR reagents. This position offers a unique opportunity for a computational specialist to fully immerse themselves in the discovery process.
